More Questions and Answers

Q:

I would like to purchase 4 ticket but can I go on two separate dates?

Kim  asked on  Mar 29, 2013

A:

Yes you can use your tickets for the show on two different dates, but the game cards expire on the night they are issued. So show tickets yes - game cards no.

Q:

So this show is every Saturday at 10pm. You can start using your unlimited gaming card (only for non-redemption games) at 8pm-2am. You must reserve seats by calling Dave&Busters. Is this all correct? (For anybody that is confused with how this Groupon works)

Dena I.  asked on  Mar 22, 2013

A:

Yes, this is correct.

Q:

I am not clear on the answer given to Vikram about how to make reservations. Is the process to buy the tickets first and then call the number (647) 977-7890 to make a reservation for a specific date for attending the show? If I don't make a reservation then is it a first come first serve when I arrive on that evening? Thanks.

Douglas L.  asked on  Mar 22, 2013

A:

Sorry for any confusion.
Reservation required, call (647) 977-7890 and mention your Groupon. Simply present your Groupon with valid ID at the venue box office starting on day of show at 9 p.m. Box Office opens at 8pm; game card and tickets can be picked up at box office anytime after 8pm. Hope that helps to clarify.

Q:

I was wondering if there is availability for the show this Saturday, March 23rd? Also, what is the number to call to make a reservation for the show? Finally, how long is the show?

Vikram V.  asked on  Mar 21, 2013

A:

Sorry, this Groupon is only valid for the options listed.
For this event, the seats are assigned based on when you purchased your Groupons. If you purchased your Groupons at the same time, you will be sitting together. Just bring your Groupons to the box office and they'll exchange them for your tickets.
For specific scheduling inquiries, feel free to call directly at (647) 977-7890.
