- Visitors can step into the story as they walk through a magical, frozen landscape filled with intricately carved ice sculptures depicting key moments and characters from the beloved television special.

- Pre-pay parking options available at a discount here
- Children 3 and under are free with a paid adult admission.
- Children 4-11 require a paid adult admission to attend with them.
- ICE! featuring Frosty the Snowman is wheelchair accessible, however, the ICE! slides are not.
- Oxygen tanks are not suggested inside the attraction, as functionality may be compromised.

The staff from the parking attendant down to the individual's run the store were very polite and kind. Facility was VERY well kept. I did have to run to restroom, and they were clean/well kept.

Awesome set up, characters were gorgeous. The nativity scene at the end was beautiful. Grandson had a great time, gift shop a pricey. Parking and ride over good, we went at 2:00PM on Saturday, line and wait time were short. When we left the line for the bus was extremely long, timing is important. I would visit again.
