The Scouting Report

Having last hoisted the NBA Developmental League title in 2008, the Idaho Stampede look for a return to glory under first-year head coach Michael Peck. A key player on the Stampede's 2008 championship team, Livingston imparts his hard-won hardwood wisdom to a squad anchored by rookie and former Michigan State standout Durrell Summers, who scored a team-high 21 points in the season opener against the Los Angeles D-Fenders. After scoring 18 points in the same game, forward Justin Harper also figures to play a prominent role in baffling opponents' defenses, stifling the potential role of the team's hypnotist. This season, the Stampede are working in conjunction with St. Luke's Mountain States Tumor Institute to raise money for breast cancer research and awareness.
