Since your seat assignments is assigned when you buy the G pass, how would you obtain handicap seating?

A:

Most of the venues that host events featured on Groupon are handicap accessible. Before you purchase tickets to any event, contact the venue to verify if all the tickets being offered through Groupon will meet your specific needs. All venues are happy to accommodate anyone with a disability but we still recommend verifying specifics before purchasing any ticket.

Q:

How do I redeem my voucher for seating? i purchased 4 tickets. What was suggested above does not work. Ebay is the only redeem there. Never received email for seating

You can find your Groupon by signing into your Groupon account at www.groupon.com/mygroupons and clicking "View Voucher" next to the Groupon in your account. Once you download your Groupon, you'll see the instructions for redeeming it listed under "How to use this."

You should receive an email soon after purchasing your Groupon. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it's possible it wound up in a spam folder, so be sure to check there.

You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears.

After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to open your Groupon in a new tab. To print, just click "Print Voucher".
