The Deal

  • $25 for one admission to a 90-minute BYOB everyday-object-decorating class with designer Jenny Dey
  • Aprons are provided, but participants should wear clothes that can get messy
  • Upon purchase, you may schedule for one of the available dates
  • You must reserve your date here in advance of the event

The event will be held at a private Albany Park location. The exact address will be shared after purchase.

Each event is capped at 10 purchasers. Must be 21 or older for BYOB..

What You’ll Do

People often think of bottles and jars as serving only practical purposes, but just because it’s functional doesn’t mean it can’t be beautiful. During this 90-minute session, designer Jenny Dey teaches participants how to paint and decorate everyday objects so that the ordinary becomes extraordinary.

  • Mix and Mingle
    Sip BYO beer or wine, munch on provided snacks, and get to know your fellow participants.

  • Paint and Decorate
    Jenny teaches you how to transform a vintage-style bottle, mason jar, or milk jug into a work of art. All materials are provided.

  • Grab and Go
    Take your newly revitalized item home at the session’s end.

Jennifer Dey discovered her love of arts and crafts more than a decade ago, and thus began a love affair that’s let her connect with people in almost all 50 states and several other countries. After honing her skills at everything from painting to printing to sewing, she started her own company, Look! Something Cute, which sells original designs online as well as in stores in Baltimore and Chicago. Her works have also been exhibited in galleries including The Metro and The Hexagon.
