Belushi's Comedy Bar
How many celebrities does does it take to open a new Fort Worth comedy hotspot? Exactly one, and he goes by the name of Jim Belushi.
You know you're from Chicago if . . . Your comedy-club menu features stuffed "cheeseburger-cheeseburger-cheeseburger" sliders (developed with help from Guy Fieri) and italian-beef egg rolls.
What's up with the stuff on the walls? It's loads of Blues Brothers memorabilia from Belushi's and Dan Aykroyd's collection, plus souvenirs from both Belushi brothers' stints on Saturday Night Live.
A guy walks into a bar. The bartender says: "How about a Belushi-tini made with Stoli orange and raspberry vodka, or an Aykroyd's Garden loaded with freshly muddled grapefruit, basil, and Crystal Head vodka?"
Is anybody here tonight from out of town? Definitely, considering Belushi's status as a comedy legend and a magnet for big-name talent.
