Kelly shares her personal journey to health and vitality, and lessons she learned from the Daoist healer Master Ming Yi Wang, whom she met at his tea ceremonies at the Medicine Buddha Temple.

For Kelly VanPelt, a day’s work entails being at peace while spreading peace. She first began studying health and wellness under the Daoist healer and teacher, Master Ming Yi Wang, when she attended his tea ceremonies at the Medicine Buddha Temple. Today, she is committed to spreading those teachings through restorative and centering tea ceremonies.
