Take a step back inside this quiet, cozy yoga studio as you enjoy a guided meditation session designed to increase concentration, reduce stress level, and cultivate a positive outlook. Under the tutelage of Kim Trimmer, a certified yoga instructor with over two decades of meditation experience, you’ll learn the basics of the practice from a variety of traditions. Whether it’s moving through guided, gentle yoga poses or meditating in silence, you’ll have the opportunity to center yourself and connect more deeply to the mind and body.

Each event is capped at 10 participants; each event requires a minimum of 5 participants in order to take place.
Yoga and Meditation Guide
Over two decades ago, Kim Trimmer decided to try meditation at the suggestion of a friend while going through a difficult period in her life. She found that the practice greatly benefited her life, and since that time, she’s delved fully into the study of meditation. A certified yoga teacher with over 16 years of experience, Kim has studied under master teachers like Thich Nhat Hanh and Adrienne Ross, and shares her knowledge and passion with students through her restorative workshops.
