King Tut: Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh
- The exhibit: celebrating the upcoming 100-year anniversary of the discovery of King Tut’s tomb with the largest collection of King Tut artifacts displayed publicly outside of Egypt
- What you’ll see: over 150 original objects, such as the famous gold inlaid canopic coffinette, the King’s chalice, or wishing cup, carved from translucent alabaster, and 60 new artifacts never seen outside of Cairo
- What you’ll experience: Visitors view the nine galleries by walking through six gates of the underworld, passing good luck amulets, weapons, and alabaster containers of oils intended to aid King Tut on his journey to the afterlife.
