The event could have been organized better. I didn’t even get my bottle, souvenir glass, and ice bag because the line was taking over an hour. The needed to hire more staff so that people could enjoy the event and not wait in long lines.

The checking in process was TERRIBLE. We waited for, I kid you not, 45 min before we were let in. And we got there at 11:58. And then even after we were let in, they couldn't a record of my name to give us our free bottle. But they finally read the "included with" groupon list and just gave us one, but it was *incredibly* frustrating.
But once that was dealt with, I had a really good time!

The event was great but they ran out of souvenirs that came with purchase. If Souvenirs come with ticket purchases then you should ensure that you have enough items because you are aware of the amount of tickets that were sold.
