Q:

I have out of town guests that would like to go. I was going to purchase the "buy it for a friend" option. Do I have to go with them to show my ID or can they use their ID?

Cherry B.  asked on  Nov 16, 2012

A:

You are welcome to purchase the Groupon as a gift, even if you're not going yourself. However, it's very important to put the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets in the "Additional Information" box on the checkout page. The name on the Groupon will need to match the name of the person picking up the tickets with a valid ID. Thanks!

Q:

It says for seats to be together, you must purchase together but it only allows one ticket purchase. How can I buy more than one together?

brittany m.  asked on  Nov 16, 2012

A:

When you click the Green buy button and select your purchase option, you'll be taken to the ordering page. Just change the quantity from "1" to the number of tickets you want (up to 8 total). If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here.

Q:

I would like to purchase eight tickets for the same game in my name and take myself and 7 other people. Can I do that?

Gayle F.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

Yes, you can purchase up to 8 Groupons if you'd like to bring guests. Be sure to purchase all of the Groupons in the same transaction so you can be seated together. Thanks!

Q:

I would like to sit in a particular section for the Nov. 24th game. How can I secure a particular section using the voucher?

james t.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

Sorry for any confusion, James. This deal is only available as sold, so you'd be able to select your seating area based upon the purchase option you select. The options are:

$10 for one ticket for corner or lower-ends seating.

$15 for one ticket for sideline or club seating.
