The event will be held at a Humboldt Park residence. The exact address will be shared after purchase.

Each event is capped at 14 purchasers; each event requires a minimum of 6 purchasers in order to take place.

What You'll Do

There's at least one secret ingredient to the tapas tradition: conversation. Tapas not only serve as an accompaniment to glasses of Spanish vino, but also encourage diners to talk to each other without the distraction of large portions of food. During a two-hour tasting, professional chef Lauren Romanoff leads a discussion on the history of tapas and Spanish cuisine. As she demonstrates how to prepare different dishes, you and fellow attendees can volunteer to help. Afterwards, you'll get to taste the finished tapas alongside different wine pairings.
