The Scouting Report
In a week-nine clash with the Columbus Lions on May 5, Lehigh Valley Steelhawks wide receiver Tyrone Collins put the team on his plastic-padded back. In a performance that earned him Professional Indoor Football League Player of the Week honors, Collins displayed a seamless level of chemistry with quarterback Adam Bednarik after snatching 13 passes for 140 yards and a touchdown. Though he only joined the team in week three, Collins’s offensive onslaught propelled him to fifth in the league in total catches, while also securing a 60¬–51 win for the team. With the win, the Steelhawks improved to 3–4 on the season, and they will look to carry that momentum onto the field in home contests against the Panthers and the Knighthawks.<p>
