What You'll Do
Trained chef and Spanish native Leti Salama demystifies the subtle artistry behind the Valencian dish of paella, leading you through step-by-step instructions as you chop, prep, peel, and sauté the ingredients in the proper order. Leti then guides you through the process of incorporating the paella into an authentic three-course Spanish dinner that begins with gazpacho and concludes with a decadent dessert. Sips of sangria and the melodies of Spanish music keep the mood light throughout your evening of culinary discovery.
