The event will be held at a private River Oaks location. The exact address will be shared after purchase.

Each event is capped at 15 purchasers.

What You’ll Do

Halloween is synonymous with candy, but this lesson leaves the pre-packaged bars and suckers behind for a more sophisticated take on seasonal treats. After snacks and introductions, Chef Lionel Flores, Jr. and his baker colleague split everyone into groups, each of which will prepare a different Halloween treat, such as candy corn mousse. At the end of the session, everyone then comes together and shares the sweets they’ve made.

  • Meet, Greet, and Eat
    After Chef Lionel Flores, Jr. introduces himself, guests spend around 10 minutes socializing over cheese, bread, and adult beverages.

  • Halloween Cooking Lesson
    At fully-stocked stations, guests follow instructions to prepare treats such as Halloween truffles, candy corn mouse, and cake pops.

  • Trick or Treat
    Everyone samples each other’s dishes to close out the lesson.
