BANKS - OFF WITH HER HEAD TOUR 2025
World-renowned singer-songwriter, BANKS, releases her fifth studio album entitled Off With Her Head via ADA Worldwide, the independent label and artist services arm of Warner Music Group. The album comes off the heels of BANKS’ 10-year anniversary celebration of her debut album Goddess for which she released an acoustic version of the iconic album entitled Goddess: Unplugged. She also celebrated with a completely sold-out four-continent tour where she played special live intimate shows in London, New York, Los Angeles, and Melbourne, Australia. The tour undoubtedly fueled fan excitement for the highly awaited Off With Her Head album. Sonically reminiscent of her Goddess roots, BANKS says, “In many ways, it’s a big sister album to Goddess. After a decade apart, I’ve reunited with the core musicians and producers who helped shape my debut. At the same time, it’s something entirely different— I’ve grown so much as an artist and a person, and the journey is documented in all these sounds.” The album features previous singles ““I Hate Your Ex-Girlfriend” featuring Doechii, “Best Friends,” her most recent single, “Love Is Unkind,” the much-anticipated track “Delulu,” and “Meddle In The Mold,” which she recently debuted live on COLORS.
In addition, BANKS announces her upcoming “Off With Her Head” North American Tour produced by Live Nation in support of her album. BANKS will be making stops in major cities including Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Boston, Toronto, Chicago, and more.
About BANKS
California-bred singer-songwriter, Jillian Rose Banks, aka BANKS, crafts moody, alternative pop with shades of contemporary R&B. Emerging in the early 2010s with her debut album, Goddess, BANKS created a dark signature sound of downtempo, alt-R&B that helped build a loyal, cross-genre audience. The critically acclaimed and gold-certified album peaked just outside the Top Ten on the Billboard 200 and features songs like “Before I Ever Met You,” “Warm Water,” and “Fall Over.” Her highly anticipated sophomore album, The Altar, was released in 2016 and includes singles “Fuck with Myself,” “Gemini Feed,” and “Mind Games,” and peaked at number 17 on the Billboard 200. BANKS returned with her third studio album, III in 2019, followed by her 2022 album Serpentina, which she recorded amid the pandemic during months of isolation and is tied to themes of shedding old skin and embracing the new. In 2024, BANKS celebrated the 10-year anniversary of Goddess with the release of an acoustic version of the iconic album entitled Goddess: Unplugged, along with a four-continent sold-out tour where she teased songs from her fifth studio album, Off With Her Head to much fanfare.
