The tour features a spacious 12'x40' boat captained by knowledgeable natives of the Barataria Swamps. Guests will have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including birds, snakes, turtles, and alligators, as well as fascinating sights such as a fishing village, a 2,000-year-old Indian burial mound, and a Cajun cemetery. Their comfortable tour boats feature cushioned seats, a roof, restroom facilities, and windows that can be raised or lowered for optimal comfort in any weather, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Cute little area about 30 minutes from New Orleans. Tour was longer than expected but we did see a lot of gators while out on the water! Had a wonderful time and was even able to feed the “swamp puppies” as our tour guide called them (he was phenomenal!!!) and hold a baby gator. Can’t beat the experience for the price — the colder it gets, the less you’ll see.
