Hello, I am interested in purchasing a set of tickets for this Groupon's sale of Agatha Christies' "Mousetrap", however I need to know if there is a showing for next Sat night, April 27; what time is the show? and lastly, is the theatre still accepting reservations for that night/showing? The Ossington theatre is not open to speak w/ someone until tomorrow (Monday) and Groupon's deal only lasts another 9+ hours... Thank you.

Hi there. I bought the Groupon. On 4/21. I just tried reserving online with the theater - a few times. I followed the steps in "How To Use" instructions on my Groupon certificate (which were precise). I visited http://gr.pn/XuInIk to reserve. I selected date, selected "General" and "2" for number of tickets; clicked "Next", then "Checkout"; filled out form; clicked "Continue"; entered Redemption Code from my Groupon into "Promo/Voucher Code" field, and finally, clicked "Order". I got an error message stating "FreeTicketCode not found. Try again". I tried a few times but to no avail. At this point, I am not sure if it's my Groupon or the Ticket Seller. Please advise. Thanks.

Is this Groupon deal of $49 for two tickets ($24.50 per ticket) applicable for making reservation online which starts on April 21? If the ticket rate is already given why does it mention that "price may differ on day of the event'. Thank you

Yes, this is applicable for making reservations online. "Price may differ on day of the event" simply means that you may see different prices advertised to other customers. However, your ticket price will remain the same. Hope that helps to clarify.

You simply have to make your reservation by May 7th. Your printed Groupon will include redemption instructions.

Fortunately, you can use most Groupons on the same day you purchase them. However, we do occasionally have to wait to provide the business with their complete list of purchasers, which can mean you won't be able to redeem right away. If that's the case, the delay will be listed in the Fine Print and we'll remind you when you print your voucher. Hope that helps!
