What You'll Do

Cooking a healthy dinner doesn't need to be complicated. In this cooking class, nutritionist, and healthy cook Maria Pfund walks you through how to prepare a hearty risotto dish infused with sauteed vegetables. You'll participate in the kitchen as much or as little as you would like, though those veggies won't cut or sauté themselves. Afterward, enjoy the final product in a BYOB setting.
