Q:

I bought 1 ticket today and then another ticket several hours later but used the same name. It said to someone else if you use one name the tickets will be next to each other. Just wanted confirmation that the 2 seats will be next to each other. Thanks!

Buthman  asked on  Jan 14, 2013

A:

yes, your two tickets will be together.

Q:

Having a problem buying two seats for the Menopause play on Jan 17. A message comes up saying I can only buy one. Can you help me please. mgmatson@att.net

Mary M.  asked on  Jan 13, 2013

A:

Hi Mary, there was only one ticket remaining for this offer on January 17th, which is why you were only able to purchase one. There are a few seats left for the performance on the 16th if you are able to attend that performance.

Q:

Hi - it sounds like this won't be a problem, but...I just bought two tickets for the Weds., Jan. 16th performance in Santa Cruz. My guest requires easily accessible seating (no wheelchair, but limited mobility) and will not be able to sit in any of the sections that are along the sides (she can't do stairs). Also, we want to be seated together (naturally). I just want to advise you and the theater box office in advance to ensure my guest can be accommodated when we redeem our Groupon. Thanks, Debbie H.

Deborah H.  asked on  Jan 11, 2013

A:

Thanks Debbie, we'll make a note of it and do our best to accommodate you and your friend.

Q:

Ok, now I show one order for January 16th and one order for January 17th. I was able to cancel one for January 16th because that is the wrong date. Now I need to cancel the other one for the 16th and I should have 2 for the 17th. That is what shows on my bank account but not in my groupons. HELP.

Jeannette L.  asked on  Jan 10, 2013

A:

Hi Jeanette, Our records indicate that you successfully cancelled your order for the 16th and purchased two vouchers for the 17th. You should be all set, enjoy the show!

Q:

You're saying you can accommodate wheelchair seating, and yet other responses indicate that seats will likely be pre-processed. Also, there appear to be very few accessible seats at the venue. Is there a way that this can be guaranteed, or to alert the venue in advance?

Betsy F.  asked on  Jan 9, 2013

A:

we can alert the venue in advance. Please let me know which performance you will be attneding and the number of accessible seats you need. You can e-mail that information to me at jillw@marketinginspirations.com

Q:

I just bought 4 tickets. We are four friends going together. It said if you wanted to sit together you had to buy them together, and yet it only asked for one name. After reading one of the other Q's submitted it looks like you are telling the person the seats will be assigned or selected when they present their voucher at the window . . .somehow it would seem that you could end up with some people not sitting together. Please tell me this is not the case. I do not want the tickets unless the four of us are sitting together. Please advise that I will be assigned four seats as a group purchase.

Betty S.  asked on  Jan 9, 2013

A:

Hi Betty, If you purchased 4 vouchers under one name, your seats will all be together. They will all be under one name at will call. Thanks!

Q:

Is handicapped seating available with a Groupon?

karen d.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Hi Karen, yes we can accommodate handicapped seating. Just let them know when you pick up your tickets at the box office.

Q:

is there any way we can get a definite answer on the seating process? Some friends aren't sure if they're going yet, and I want to buy tickets now, however, I'd like to know if seating is picked at the time of purchase (on groupon) or at the time tickets are redeemed at the box office. We'd all like to sit together. Just wondering if I should wait and buy all together...but don't want to miss this deal! Thanks!

Kimberly T.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Hi Kimberly, The theaters will likely pre-process the orders in order to cut down on your wait time at the box office on the day of the show. If you would e-mail me the names on the orders that should be together I can make that request of the box office. My e-mail address is jillw@marketinginspirations.com.
