What You'll Get
A night out can bring friends and families closer far more easily than sewing everyone’s socks together. Tailor your ties with today’s GrouponLive deal: for $12, you get a variety-show outing for four at Pressure Billiards Comedy Café, presented by McKay Arts Management (a $48 total value). Each outing includes the following:
- Four general-admission tickets to a performance (a $10 value each). Performances are held Fridays at 8 p.m.
- Four sodas (a $2 value each)<p>
Comedians, musicians, and actors descend on the stage at Pressure Billiards Comedy Café for a weekly showcase of exuberant talent. The variety show corrals a fresh batch of budding performers each Friday for a family-friendly, 90-minute performance. Throughout the evening, standup comedians and improvisers bust guts with rapid-fire repartee, whereas illusory hands mesmerize during magic acts and mischievously levitate the billiards players in the other half of the building. In between sets and sips from a favorite soda, guests in Pressure Café’s intimate neighborhood storefront sit close enough to the stage to hear every syllable and read alternate punch lines scribbled on the emcee’s shoes. Red walls match the velour stage curtain and showcase a collage of framed photos, among other eclectic décor.
