Q:

The Fine Print says that "I print my tickets 48 hours after the deal ends". So does that mean that I cannot print a copy of my purchased ticket until August 28? I would think that if I buy a ticket, I can get it immediately.

Ruben N.  asked on  Aug 21, 2013

A:

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account. During this time, your G-Pass will show as processing on your "My Groupons" page.

To print your G-Pass, go to http://www.groupon.com. If you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. If you don't see your name, click on the link that says "Sign In" on the right side of the page and then enter the email address and the password you gave us when you made your purchase. If you forgot your password, you'll be able to reset it there.

Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Click on the "My Groupons" link to access your G-Pass. If you purchased your G-Pass as a gift, it will be under the "My Gifts" tab. Your printed Groupon will include redemption instructions.

Q:

Will the G-Pass allow you to sit in any of the sections listed on the groupon or will one section be assigned to you when you print your G-Pass? Would like to be able to choose what side of the field we want to sit on - thanks

Tina M.  asked on  Aug 1, 2013

A:

You will not be assigned a specific section, you can go to any of the sections and find a seat. First come, first served.
