Q:

I am wanting to purchase 2 orchestra seats for this event, however, when I go to select the tickets there is only an option for 1 ticket (with merchandise). I see that the tickets have to be purchased in one transaction to be together... does that mean there are no more seats together through this Groupon offering?

Lori C.  asked on  Oct 17, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. After you click on the buy button, you will have the option to change the quantity.

Q:

I see on Ticketmaster that Balcony "1" seats are either $57 or $78 and Balcony "2" seats are either $57 or $36. Which Balcony level are we purchasing on Groupon? Just want to see how much of a deal it is.

S R.  asked on  Oct 16, 2013

A:

Balcony 2, the value also includes the merchandise as well.

Q:

I want to ensure I get good seats, but don't see a way to chose a seat aside from the "balcony" and "orchestra" options. Is there anyway to know what seats we would get by choosing one of these two options? Are we able to pick seats after we pay. Very interested, but short girl with a child, and want good seats to be able to see.

Megan F.  asked on  Oct 15, 2013

A:

You are not able to purchase specific seats. Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account.

Q:

It looks like I have to buy each of my tickets with separate transactions; how will I make sure we are seated together?

Carmen C.  asked on  Oct 15, 2013

A:

For this event, the seats are assigned based on when you purchased your Groupons. As long as you purchase all of the tickets in the same transaction, you will be sitting together.
