Q:

I am purchasing 3 of this groupon for six people. Can I put multiple first & last name combinations in that field that asks for this information for the person picking up the tickets? I don't know yet which of three people will be the one to go redeem the groupons for the tickets so I would like to put 3 names in that box. Is that allowed?

A:

It would be best to decide who will be retrieving the tickets when beforehand, as you should only enter one name in the " Additional Information" field when checking out.

2 Questions 1. "Refundable only on day of purchase." Does this mean that if I buy the voucher today, I have to go to the box office today to get the tickets? 2. "Must redeem together to sit together." Do both people need to be present at the box office to get the tickets? Can I go to the box office alone and get both tickets?

A:

Refundable only on the day of purchase means you cannot receive a refund on your Groupon the day after you purchase. If you would like to sit together, you must purchase your seats together. Both parties do not need to be present at the box office to receive the tickets. Sorry for the confusion.

The sooner you exchange your ticket, the better seat assignment you will receive. At the same time, the dedicated groupon seats are all prefered main floor seats, you can't lose
