While top chefs in the area serve up special dishes, winemakers and wineries hold special tasting events. Events include a Wine 101 seminar, taking place Friday, May 25th at the Marriott convention center from 10 a.m.–11 a.m., as well as a Sustainable Farming & Native Yeast Fermentation and Effects on Wine Quality Seminar, taking place Saturday, May 26th from 12:30 p.m.–1:30 p.m. The event even partners with non-profit organizations to help raise money for everything from food banks to culinary schools.
