I had a problem with tickets - they only showed 1 instead of 2, so no seat available - gave me a chair. Lot of commotion getting it.

Theatre Windsor celebrates its 25th anniversary by remounting one of its greatest hits, No Sex Please, We’re British!, and by premiering a new play, entitled Survive Another Day, penned by one of its own members. Boasting a long-running production history in London and on Broadway, No Sex Please, We’re British! spirals into rapid-fire repartee and requisite door slamming after assistant bank manager Peter and his new bride place an order for Scandinavian glassware and in turn receive multiple orders of Scandinavian pornography. Pressure mounts as the young couple attempts to conceal the escalating shipments from Peter’s mom, a police superintendent, his boss, and a bank inspector. The situation worsens thanks to Peter’s well-meaning but befuddled best friend.

Written by Theatre Windsor member Ian Bruno, Survive Another Day strives to create a new stage genre by blending British sex farce with a zombie invasion. David, a respected university professor in Shakespearean biology, has a beautiful wife but also a secret girlfriend. He enlists his loyal but booze-addled best friend to help keep his affair a secret, but David’s predicament is exacerbated by the arrival of policemen, nosy neighbours, and an army of zombies. Audiences arrive prepared for stage blood, gunshots, and extreme British colloquialisms.

Built and run by volunteers who put all proceeds back into the shows, Theatre Windsor performs in a 12-row, 110-seat theatre on the second floor of Market Square. Buyers are encouraged to contact the box office as soon as possible to reserve spots in the general-admission seating.
