Q:

when you say to print the groupon and bring a valid id to the performance to get our seats... do you mean make a copy of the email I received about purchasing my tickets?

Trudy M.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

Sorry for the confusion! The email confirmation you receive after purchasing is not the Groupon, and will not be valid at the box office. To access your Groupon voucher, just log in to your account on the Groupon website. Once logged, click your name in the upper right corner and select "My Groupons". Next, click "View Voucher" which will pull up your Groupon for your to print. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here.

Q:

Is it possible to request a handicapped seat? My mom just had a hip replacement and cannot scoot to the middle of a row--she would need a seat on the edge, and hadicapped seating would probably be easiest.

Kimberlee F.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

Yes, when you show up to redeem your Groupon, let the box office know you need an aisle seat for your mother.

Q:

I don't understand. If I want to purchase an Orchestra B seating plan, when can I call to reserve my seats? On November 16th?? The sentence in the ad stating "Redeem starting day of show for a ticket at venue Box Office" doesn't make sense. Please elaborate for me.

janice h.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

When you print/ pull up your Groupon, it will list the proper redemption instructions on it. Present your Groupon with valid ID at the venue box office starting on day of show. Doors open 1 hour before showtime.
