What You’ll Do

With a tradition that dates back well over a century, the Valencian rice dish paella is revered for its fragrant balance of saffron, olive oil, and fresh meats or veggies. Pick up your favorite bottle of wine and join lifelong Spanish cook Patricia Gonzalez for a from-scratch paella lesson. Depending on your taste, you’ll use seafood, meat, black squid ink, or vegetables, before sitting down to a hearty feast of your creations.
