What You’ll Do
A lot can happen in 60 seconds, especially if you follow the instructions of chef Patricia K. Rose. During this class, Patricia shows participants how to mix homemade pizza dough in one minute flat. From there, you’ll roll out the dough, slather on a layer of sauce, and add toppings, before the pizza cooks on a hot stone.
Make Pizza from Scratch
Chef Patricia K. Rose helps guests mix pizza dough, roll it out, and add meat and veggie toppings.
Eat and Drink
After the pizza cooks, guests sit down to munch on slices and sip wine.
Patricia Rose’s background in advertising sales meant that she was constantly surrounded by delicious food. She was always entertaining some new client at one of California’s upscale restaurants, and she wanted the power to recreate every meat, pasta, or dessert that graced her plate. So Patricia enrolled in culinary school, studied mother sauces diligently, and graduated in 1996. Today, she shares her passion with others through a food blog and themed cooking classes such as “La Cucina Italiana.”
