what if it rains- is there a refund or replacement

A:

Typically if a game is rained out there is an announcement as to when that game we be replayed - usually there is an assortment of games that "rain check" can be used for.

I live in Maryland and will be in Pittsburgh for the game on June 11th, if I order the tickets today I will not receive them in the mail by the time I leave for Pittsburgh. Can I pick them up at the box office?

you can print your tickets or have them left at will call for pick up here (PNC Park) - those options will be presented at the end of the purchase process

can tickets be ordered and picked up at PNC Park so as to avoid having to pay extra handling fees, etc?

The fees are part of the online purchase process, so unfortunately they are unavoidable - they have been discounted off the normal fee rate though

you can purchase up to 14 per transaction for each game. but there is no limit (other than quantities available) to the number of transactions you can do
