My groupon e-mail arrived 36 hours before the sh Sunday at 6:30 w. The FAQ says to allow up to 48 hours to get the e-mail response with the coupons for the tickets. What do I do, it's already less than 48 hours.

Hi Polly, the Groupon usually appears in your account much faster than 48 hours. If you don't see it in your account by the end of the day today, please call our customer service line at 877-788-7858 for assistance!

Is there any way I can find out where my seats are before purchasing? If not, and I don't like the seats, can I get a refund?

Hi Nancy, sorry but seating assignments can't be guaranteed before purchasing. The Groupon can only be refunded on the day of purchase. Thanks!

What does this mean? "Discount reflects Pittsburgh Symphony's current ticket prices - price may differ on day of event." Is my Groupon price not guaranteed?

What does it mean "redeemption by 12:00 PM on 11/11? Must you pick up tickets by Noon?

Lisa, the deadline for redeeming your Groupon certificate/s online at www.pittsburghsymphony.org/gc is Noon on Sunday, Nov. 11, and we ask that you please come to pick up your tickets at the Heinz Hall box office will call window by no later than 30 prior to showtime. When coming to pick up your tickets, please remember to bring your Groupon certificate/s and valid id. Thanks!

What are the seating arrangements? If I buy two tickets, do we sit anywhere on center-orchestra rows E–Z or grand-tier rows C–T? Do I have to buy two groupons at the same time?

John, your seating will be assigned by the box office staff once you redeem your Groupon certificate/s at pittsburghsymphony.org/gc When redeeming your certificate/s, please enter the number for all of your certificates before submitting the online form. This will ensure that your seats will be together.

In order to avoid long lines at the box office, we ask that you do arrive by no later than 6PM, which is 30 minutes prior to the show, to pick up your tickets.
