Create Your Own Art
Use spray cans and your newfound understanding of graffiti to make your own artistic statement
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for this outdoor, underground experience. The experience lasts an hour and 30 minutes. Each event is capped at 12 participants; each event requires a minimum of 5 participants in order to take place.
Making a name for yourself in the graffiti scene is no easy feat, but receiving recognition from the larger art scene is an even greater challenge. Rajan is one of the few who’s managed to break those boundaries, acknowledged by major channels like Newsweek, PBS and CBS Evening News. He is the founder of Artjar, a local art studio. His work is noted for merging art, design, comics and graffiti into one unique composition.
Where You'll Meet
Events will begin at the Brookland Artspace Lofts before looking at nearby graffiti and practicing outside on wood canvasses.
