Can I select a specific day though groupon now or need to request a day from the theater and if so how far out can I request?

You make a reservation following the directions on your Groupon after your purchase. When you open your Groupon, it will include redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

To access your Groupon, please sign into your account at Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. Put your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Here you'll be able to find your Groupons in the section called "My Groupons".

You can view and print a Groupon by clicking the "View Voucher" button and get all the information you need to properly redeem it.

Do I have to wait for the deal to be over before I can use the groupon ?

Susan R.  asked on  May 27, 2013

Typically, you can use Groupons the same day you buy them--any exceptions to this will be listed in the Fine Print on the deal page!

If I understand correctly, if I want to sit with my family (4), I need to phone the Crown Theater? Is that number to call on the voucher?

Kerry W.  asked on  May 12, 2013

Yes, that is correct on both counts.
