Legends join forces in Ringo Starr's All-Starr Band, a supergroup where the former Beatle enlists the talents of musicians from Santana, Toto, ELO, and Journey. Originally conceived in 1989, the band is now on its 13th incarnation, with a current lineup featuring producer and songwriting wizard Todd Rundgren, known for such hits as “Hello, It's Me," Mr. Mister's Richard Page, and Santana founder Gregg Rolie. Like Power Rangers making a human pyramid, this one-of-a-kind meeting of maestros combines to create one giant force capable of defending Earth with songs spanning the careers of each member. Steve Lukather's “Africa” could follow up Richard Page's “Kyrie” and Starr's own solo hits such as “It Don't Come Easy”, “Photograph,” and "Wings," the last of which is from the new album Ringo 2012. A few of the lighthearted highlights from The Beatles may sneak in as well, such as “Yellow Submarine” and “With a Little Help from My Friends," to balance the cultural message bursting from Starr's cover of John Lennon's "Give Peace a Chance."
