Cirque Zuma Zuma
With enough training, the human body is capable of incredible things, including reliably sinking free throws and staying awake all the way through algebra class. The performers at Cirque Zuma Zuma, however, take their training to a whole new level. Clad in colorful costumes that draw on traditional African designs, the troupe inspires disbelieving gasps with gravity-defying acrobatics, body-bending contortion, and unforgettable musical performances. Audiences are in for acts that may be wholly unfamiliar, including gumboot dancers, the Africa Africa Lion dance, and Ethiopian foot table juggling, wherein small tables are tossed and spun by the deft feet of reclining performers.<p>
Cirque Zuma Zuma’s acrobats perform feats that should only be attempted by professionals or visitors to the International Space Station

About Count Basie Theatre
Upon entering the Count Basie Theatre, guests may feel as though they’ve slipped through a crack in time and ended up in the early 1900s. Opulent marble staircases and gold details grab the eyes of visitors, recalling the decadence of Hollywood’s history and gently pulling them to the auditorium. There, the acoustically pleasing construction wins out as sound spreads and funnels through a sunburst dome embellished with a dangling chandelier. Since opening in 1926, the Count Basie has earned numerous accolades, including a nod from Pollstar magazine, which listed it as one of the Top 100 Worldwide Theatre Venues.
