During her 2.5-hour class, Chef Rox delves into the secrets of her Southern-style dish, giving students plenty of hands-on experience along the way.

Rochelle Schofield (a.k.a. Chef Rox) fell in love with food at an early age. From her childhood days cooking alongside her mother, she absorbed years of family secrets and techniques that inform her style even today. But Chef Rox didn’t stop there—she bolstered her education in the family kitchen with studies at the Escoffier Culinary Academy and The Sushi Institute of America, developing skills that have earned her praise in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Mozambique, as well as the chance to cook for dignitaries and celebrities.
