Upcoming Performances

  • Rival Sons: When describing his Long Beach–based band’s approach to music, guitarist Scott Holiday said, “Rock and Roll can’t be over-thought, and if it is, it loses its immediacy and instinct . . . it needs to be a knife fight, not a choreographed knife dance.”
  • Doro: Crowned “The Queen of Rock & Metal” while fronting German act Warlock and building up her 16-album catalog, Doro recently added another jewel to her scepter when she won a 2013 Legends Award from England’s Golden Gods Awards.
  • Thousand Foot Krutch: Blending hard, modern rock with themes of struggle and redemption, these Canadian Christian rockers have toured with Daughtry and are heard whenever the Detroit Red Wings play “The Invitation” and “Welcome to the Masquerade” during their pre-game intro.
  • Misfits: Pioneers of fusing punk rock with horror themes and imagery, this seminal band founded in 1977 revamped itself in 1995 as a formidable, sought-after heavy-metal act. Today, original bassist Jerry Only takes the stage with former Black Flag guitarist Dez Cadena.
  • Saving Abel: These Mississippi-based Southern rockers hop genres as they add a touch of alt-metal to tracks such as “Addicted” and “The Sex Is Good.”
  • Drowning Pool: Recently featured on the soundtrack to Saw III, Drowning Pool topped the hard-rock charts with “Bodies,” “37 Stitches,” “Stand Up,” and other singles that would make for a strange yoga soundtrack.
