No question, just catching up on the answers & wanted to say I'm really excited about this deal. I haven't been to the ROM in a couple of years & the Mesopotamia Exhibit looks terrific. The fact that I could buy a ticket AND gift one to a friend for the price of one is kinda awesome! I'm looking forward to my visit next week.

Q:

I read in the fine print "Refundable only on the day of purchase", after buying this evening (to use tomorrow). Are they still good tomorrow?

Kate B.  asked on  Aug 8, 2013

A:

Hi Kate. "Refundable only on day of purchase" means getting a refund from Groupon, not redemption of the voucher at the ROM. Regardless of when you purchase this offer, you can redeem your voucher at the ROM any day up to and including Sept 2. Have a great time here today!

Q:

My kid has free ticket from his school if accompanied by adult entrance fee. Is this groupon can work as an adult entrance fee too?

Mery Y.  asked on  Aug 8, 2013

A:

Hello Mery. Our apologies, but the Groupon would not count as regular priced Adult admission that is a requirement of the free Child offer that your child has. There's also a provision on your child’s offer that states that it cannot be combined with any other offers. I hope you and your child visit us by taking advantage of one of those offers.

Q:

Are these tickets mailed to the house or picked up at box office as it states they need name of people picking up. Can I just put my name on them even though it is for my daughters to go or one daughter and a friend

Lisa M.  asked on  Aug 8, 2013

A:

Hello Lisa. The vouchers are accessed through a Groupon email to be printed by yourself, or whomever you email them to - there is no voucher pick up at the ROM. ID is not needed when redeeming the voucher at the ROM - anyone you give it to can bring it in. Hope this answers your question.

Q:

Parking?

George J.  asked on  Aug 7, 2013

A:

Hi George. The ROM does not have its own parking facilities, but there are two close parking facilities within a few minutes walk, as well as metered street parking is parts of the neighbourhood. We are also within a few minutes walk of three TTC subway stations - Museum, St. George, and Bay. You also may find this section of the ROM's website useful: http://www.rom.on.ca/en/visit-us/location-parking
