I wish there had been outdoor shows, but we still got to do the Africa Tram. I paid extra to not wait in line because it was pretty hot and the wait seemed long. The staff was mostly courteous during our visit and we loved the open kangaroo exhibit. One hopped right by us. Feeding the lorakeets was a pleasant experience as well. They had a cute little petting zoo with brushes to for the goats and sheep. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only line we waited in was to get in (turns out you just have to show the people at the turnstiles—don’t go to the desk/you don’t have to wait in that line) and the line to see the platypus. The line for the platypus wasn’t that bad at all.
