- Tours are conducted in English.
- Each Jeep can accommodate up to four adults or six guests with children.
- Tours are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows will be charged in full.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour time. Late arrivals or no-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Ages 3 and up are welcome. Child and booster seats are available upon request.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, luggage, or strollers in the Jeep.

- Tours are not available on December 25 and January 1.
