Are there 5 different redemption codes/bar codes? How do they differentiate the 5 different showings?

A:

Jeffrey, you can either reserve your dates for all five shows or you can do it show by show. Once you are in our database, it is no problem. We just ask that you bring your voucher to the first performance you attend.

Q:

Does "Must redeem/purchase together to sit together" mean two people can buy the coupon separately, but to sit together they must show the coupon at the ticket booth at the same time?

A:

Hi, Jeffrey! It should read "Must redeem together to sit together" meaning that you could purchase your Groupons seperately but as long as you redeemed them together at the ticket booth, you can be seated together. We'll get right on fixing that!

Does "Redeem starting day of the show for a ticket at venue box office" mean that we can only use the ticket on the opening day of a show (not on repeat showings)?

That means that you redeem your Groupon on the day that you plan on attending.

If you call the box office (408.283.7142), you can make reservations for the performance you want. They are good for any performance, based on availability. No need to wait the day of the performance.

No. Seats are assigned upon redemption on the day of show.

Actually, when you call in for your reservation (408.283.7142), that is when seats are assigned. Usually, it is best available, unless you had something specific you wanted.

Q:

What does this mean: "price may differ on day of the event." How do we know the company isn't estimating the ticket price based on the lowest ticket cost and we will have to pay the difference when we get there?

A:

It means that the value of the offer is based on the current ticket prices. You do not have to pay extra if ticket prices go up nor do you get a refund if ticket prices drop.
