Q:

I can't make the first concert but can do all the others. It is a good deal and would like to take advantage of it. How do I get the tickets if I don't make the first concert?

Diane G.  asked on  Oct 17, 2012

A:

If you can't make the first concert that's OK. We'll even exchange the value of the first concert into another symphony concert this season so you can still attand 5 concerts. We can mail you the tickets ahead of time, just send us your contact info at groupon@seattlesymphony.org

Q:

In looking at Section C for the Symphony seating, prices vary quite a bit depending upon which row. Does this offer target certain rows or "best available" from the entire section?

billee s.  asked on  Oct 17, 2012

A:

You will receive the "best available" seats in Section C.

Q:

I just purchased 2 tickets at the $57 location so I can take a guest to each of them. Unfortunately, I can not attend the first program which is this Friday. I want to give my tickets to a friend, so he/she can take someone - don't know who will be available, as just bought this. I work in Bellevue from 9AM - 8PM. How can I make my tickets available for my friend for this Friday. I signed up under my own name.

A:

Thanks for the question! The best course of action would be to contact the symphony directly at (206) 215-4747 to see how they'd accommodate this situation.

Q:

It appears that this deal must be redeemed only by the original purchaser as the first and last name are provided to the symphony. Can I purchase two series tickets Both In My Own Name and then take a guest of my choice, to be determined later? Or must I purchase one series ticket in my name and one in my guest's name?

Sean  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

The series (of 1 or more subscriptions) is held in the name of the purchaser. We do not need to know the name of the guests, but it is possible, if requested, to add multiples names to one account.
