The guys at the desk made things very easy and were helpful with everything. The girl working the basketball floor made sure to get our group on the "next up" list and she didn't let the older kids run the show that were there wanting to play the whole time.

Really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, easy enough to navigate, even with my toddler. Not sure it's a membership-type thing for me, but with the discount, definitely a fun afternoon I'd probably do again a time or two this year. Appreciate y'all!
