What You'll Do
Sonia Viteri calls her culturally themed supper clubs "Dinner with a Passport," although she never asks to see anyone's travel documentation. That's because participants won't ever have to travel far to savor foods from outside the country. At convenient locations, Sonia curates special events helmed by cooks from far-flung locales, focusing each meeting on a specific type of cuisine. Each made-from-scratch dinner includes four or five courses, a cocktail or beverage, and wine tasting, if wine is available from the featured country. Upcoming supper clubs focus on cuisine from Lebanon and Georgia.
Multi-Course Culinary Exploration
Dig into a four- or five-course meal featuring foreign dishes from Lebanon (April 12) or Georgia (April 19)
Cocktails and Wine Tasting
Savor a cocktail and sample wines from the featured country, if available
Cultural Foodie Curator
Driven by her passions for food and travel, but fatigued by the restaurant experience, Sonia Viteri came up with a novel idea. She decided to draw from her multinational network of cooks to curate her own series of culturally themed dinners. Her intimate events showcase made-from-scratch recipes from various reaches of the globe, serving as a platform for epicurean discovery for her fellow foodies.
