Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

When will we know where we will be sitting?

Todd B.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

This year, you will not need to come to the ticket box office. You simply print your purchased voucher off and that will be your ticket to the event. As far as seating, the sections are pre selected from our ticket inventory and blocked off. The seating is not confined to one section - just best available. Please keep in mind that our rodeo arena only has seating capacity of about 6,500 and that there is not a bad seat in the house. You are welcome to read the reviews from purchasers b/c in years past their feedback has reflected that they have been very pleased with the seats included in this offer. Enjoy the show!

Q:

I just purchased 2 tickets to the Fort Worth Rodeo for Friday Feb 8 - total 18.00. When I printed the voucher is reads One ticket to the show. Explain please.

William H.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Each voucher is your ticket. If you purchased two vouchers, those two vouchers will be your entrance ticket to the show. No need to come to the ticket box office to redeem your voucher - you are able to walk directly to the entrance, have them scan your ticket and enjoy the rest of the Show!

Q:

I read where you can use your Rodeo ticket for the Fort Worth Mueseum as well? Am I reading that right or did I misunderstand that or do you get some kind of discount?

Julie W.  asked on  Jan 9, 2013

A:

As a part of our "Moo-seum" Experience, the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, Cattle Raisers Museum and National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame all become part of the grounds during our 23-day Show. Your grounds admission and rodeo tickets will grant you access to the grounds - which in essence also grant you admission to the three museums. This offer is only valid from Jan. 18 - Feb. 9 during the run of the Show! Thanks.

Q:

I am in a wheelchair. How will you know that I have a wheelchair and will my family get to sit next to me?

Teresa B.  asked on  Jan 8, 2013

A:

Teresa- We have a couple of different options. 1. We have a wheelchairs only area in the coliseum that allows one wheelchair and a companion. 2. We have a lift that will take you up to the general seating area if someone can assist you to your seat. My recommendation would be to contact our Rodeo Ticket Office before making your purchase to determine which performance you are interested in attending and to also determine what the best solution would be for your situation. Our representatives will do their best to accommodate your needs. Thank you for your question. Ticket Office #: 817-877-2420

We never like to guarantee anything to cover ourselves, however I can say with 99.9% confidence that you all will be seated together. To assure this, we recommend purchasing as early as possible. Thanks and enjoy the Show.
