Q:

how do I print tickets when purchased?

oksana h.  asked on  Sep 25, 2013

A:

You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears. If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts".

After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.

Q:

I requested two tickets in same transaction, but got confirmation with two separate Groupon numbers. Does that mean we won't be sitting together? And when will I find out where we will be sitting (e.g., orchestra, balcony, etc)?

Mary Lee A.  asked on  Sep 23, 2013

A:

As long as you purchased your Groupons in the same transaction, your seats will be together.
