What You’ll Do

No chef’s education would be complete without a trip through the culinary landscape of Italy. Inside Taste Buds Kitchen, instructors lead a hands-on lesson in Italian cuisine, teaching students to prepare dishes such as bruschetta and eggplant parmesan. Once finished, students will sample their meals and take their new skills (and any extra food) home to their own kitchens.

  • Mix and Mingle
    Sip wine or beer from home (glasses and bottle openers will be provided) while meeting fellow students in your group.
  • Italian Cooking Class
    At stations with cutting boards and knives, instructors teach Italian cooking techniques.
  • Hands-On Lesson
    Prepare fresh Italian cuisine including bruschetta, wild mushroom risotto, and mini cannolis.

While teaching proper cooking techniques, they lead pasta lessons, sushi classes, and other programs that have garnered praise from the likes of New York Magazine and the Wall Street Journal.
