The ticket mentioned the Festival was over 3 days and I ordered 3 tickets (one for each day). The tickets were actually only for the Sunday - so I decided to go on Sunday with my wife and friend. My friend also went on the Saturday and was told that the concert for Sunday was cancelled and only the competition was taking place and ending early. So ultimately we did not go, nor use any of the tickets. Refunds were only valid on day of purchase - several weeks before the cancellation. Disappointing.
