It's an open floor venue which is great for a rock concert. Ratt played very well, and I especially enjoyed the flawless rendition of their bigger hits. Could have done without some of the cursing on stage, but that wasn't a huge detraction.

Great Venue - open seating plan works great for any concert there

What You'll Get

Although it’s been ostracized by the five traditional senses, the sense of humor is the only thing that enables human beings to detect a rubber chicken creeping up from behind. Stay on guard with this deal to see the Paramount Comedy Series at The Paramount in Huntington. For $15, you get two general-admission tickets for Saturday, April 28, at 8 p.m. (up to a $38 value, including all fees).

The Paramount Comedy Series continues its mission to bust Long Island’s collective gut with a fresh batch of jesters. Comedy Central veteran and sometime writer for Saturday Night Live, Tim Homayoon splits sides with his off-the wall imagination, bringing loopy scenarios to life with kinetic physical comedy. With a chortle-filled history that includes hosting Comedy Central’s New York Comedy Festival, Harrison Greenbaum mixes high-brow asides originally honed as co-founder of Harvard’s standup comedy club with lowbrow riffs that shock even the most complacent abs into convulsions of laughter. Voted one of the Best of the Fest at the 2011 Winnipeg Comedy Festival and a regular at New York’s famed Caroline’s Comedy Club, Maureen Langan and her wry delivery leaven hilarious stories of growing up the daughter of a New York garbage man and of her adult life in the city.

Paul Anthony draws on his experience as host of the Long Island Comedy Festival to present Paramount Comedy Series’ giggle gala. Exposed-brick walls line The Paramount’s cavernous theater, where a laid-back concert vibe lets guests visit a bar on the main floor without missing a punch line or chance to request a favorite riddle.
