The Scouting Report
After convincing wins over Nevada and Nebraska to kick off the 2013 campaign, the ninth-ranked Bruins look to continue their early success with a win at home against the University of Washington Huskies. Bruin faithful have every reason to be confident. In their first four games, sophomore QB Brett Hundley’s high-powered offense has put up an average of 48 points per game—versus just 20 for opponents and 0 for referees.
Washington has made a strong early showing as well, and comes into this game ranked 20th in the nation. Their season's hopes ride on the shoulders of junior running back Bishop Sankey, whose 732 rushing yards led the conference through five games.
